If you lose access to your wallet or your private keys are compromised, you may permanently lose access to your coins and any associated value. Tienko Ltd cannot recover lost wallets or reverse unauthorised transactions. We strongly recommend using hardware wallets and enabling all available security features.

7. Liquidity Risk

There may be limited or no secondary market for coins minted on the Platform. You may not be able to sell or transfer your coins at a desired price or at all. The Platform does not guarantee any liquidity for digital assets, and you should be prepared to hold any assets indefinitely.

8. Operational Risk

The Platform may experience downtime, technical failures, or interruptions that could prevent you from accessing your account or executing transactions. We are not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability, network congestion, or third-party service failures. We recommend not relying solely on the Platform for time-sensitive transactions.
