1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The People Game ("the Platform"), operated by Tienko Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Platform is not available to users in jurisdictions where digital asset trading or gaming is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before using the Platform.

3. Wallet-Based Authentication

Access to the Platform is provided through a cryptocurrency wallet connection. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. We do not store your private keys and cannot recover your account if you lose access to your wallet. Any activity conducted through your wallet address is your sole responsibility. You agree not to share your wallet credentials with any third party.

4. Digital Coins and Tokens

The People Game allows users to mint digital coins within the Tienko ecosystem. These coins are digital collectibles and participation tokens. They do not represent securities, investment contracts, or financial instruments. Coin values within the Platform are determined by community participation and game mechanics, not by any guarantee from Tienko Ltd. We make no representations about the future value or utility of any coin minted on the Platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative activities; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform; (e) harvest or collect user data without consent; (f) use automated scripts or bots without prior written permission; (g) engage in money laundering or other financial crimes.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tienko Ltd and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Tienko Ltd. User-generated content remains the property of the user, but by submitting content to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tienko Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
